Event Terms & Conditions

1. By registering for an Event with INVEST CENTER LTD., all participants agree to be bound by, and comply with, these Terms and Conditions.
2. It is the participant's responsibility to read and understand these Terms and Conditions.
You are obliged to provide complete and accurate information in the registration form.
3. After completion and submission of the registration form, full payment of registration fee is required within 10 working days from the date you receive an invoice.
4. There will be no adjustments made to registration fees once the registration form has been submitted
5. Event registration can be cancelled only in writing. Event registrations cancelled 30 days or more before the first day of the Event will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee. Refunds will be made after the Event and within two months.
6. INVEST CENTER LTD. applies no refunds policy to registrations cancelled within 30 days of the first day of the Event.
7. Accommodation and travel costs are not included in the registration fee. Attendees are responsible for making their own accommodation and travel arrangements.
8. Participants are responsible for taking appropriate insurance coverage in connection with their attendance of the Event.
9. Substitutions may be made at any time. Substitutions must be from the same company. If you wish to substitute a participant, please contact INVEST CENTER LTD. at the earliest opportunity.
10. INVEST CENTER LTD. may (at its sole discretion) change the format, speakers, participants, content, venue location and programme or any other aspect of the Event at any time and for any reason, whether or not due to a Force Majeure Event, in each case without liability. For the purpose of this Section, Force Majeure Event means any event arising that is beyond the reasonable control of INVEST CENTER LTD. including (without limitation) speaker or participant cancellation or withdrawal, supplier or contractor failure, venue damage or cancellation, health scares, industrial dispute, governmental regulations or action, military action, fire, flood, disaster, civil riot, acts of terrorism or war.
11. INVEST CENTER LTD. may (at its sole discretion) change the date or cancel an Event at any time for any reason. Where INVEST CENTER LTD. changes the date or cancels the Event for any reason except due to a Force Majeure Event (in which case the terms of Section 11 shall apply) INVEST CENTER LTD. shall offer you the option of attending any rearranged Event that INVEST CENTER LTD. chooses to organise (acting in its sole discretion). If you promptly notify INVEST CENTER LTD. in writing before the date of the Event that you do not wish to attend the rearranged Event or if INVEST CENTER LTD. elects not to rearrange the Event then you will (as your sole remedy) be entitled, at your discretion, to receive either a credit note or a refund in respect of your fees received by INVEST CENTER LTD.
12. Your information will be added to our marketing database and will not be given to third parties without your prior consent. Your information will be used to send you relevant marketing and informational material on our products and services
