A hands-on program blending emergency leadership frameworks (incident command/decision cycles) with AI capabilities (LLMs/copilots, geospatial analytics, computer vision, predictive modeling, optimization). Participants practice building a common operating picture, triaging information, coordinating multi-agency responses, countering misinformation, and establishing governance so AI remains reliable in high-stakes environments.
Target Group
Incident leaders and emergency managers, operations/ planning chiefs, EOC staff, public information officers, safety & security managers, logistics leads, and analytics/IT partners supporting emergency response.
Goals
Translate emergency leadership needs into AI-assisted decision workflows from detection to recovery.
Build a real-time common operating picture using data from CAD/911, sensors, imagery, and open sources.
Apply predictive models and optimization to allocate resources, route responders, and plan evacuations.
