Goals
To provide candidates with the necessary knowledge and qualifications to carry out internal audits of their organizations quality management system (QMS) processes to the ISO 9001 standard.
To ensure that the inner audit process is a value adding activity, which not only evaluates the performance and effectiveness of the QMS processes, but also identifies where improvements can be made. The course is based on process auditing.
